I’m Matthew Rossman, owner and operations manager of Oak Ridge Painting Co., and I take tremendous pride in the work we do. With over 15 years of experience in the painting and home service industry, I’ve seen firsthand how a fresh coat of paint can transform a home or business—not just visually, but in the way people feel about their space. When my wife, Hanna, and I founded Oak Ridge Painting Co., our goal was simple: prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. We wanted to create a painting company people could trust, delivering an experience that’s seamless, professional, and truly five-star. Beyond business, my mission is to build a work environment that attracts the best talent—because great people create great experiences. From our painters to our office team, we all share a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer care. When I’m not running Oak Ridge Painting Co., you’ll find me embracing life’s adventures—whether it’s spontaneous mountain getaways with Hanna, skiing in the winter, or even taking flying lessons for a Cessna 172. But I also love the simple moments—cozy movie nights with family are just as important as any thrill-seeking adventure. Hi, I’m Hanna Rossman — Owner and HR Manager at Oak Ridge Painting Co. With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and currently pursuing my Master’s in the same field, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving to the business. My background supports not only the technical side of operations but also clear and effective communication with clients and partners. Matthew and I co-founded the business in the summer of 2023, and I truly enjoy being part of something we’re building together as a husband-and-wife team.

I am Wende Schneyer and I am the Office Manager for Oak Ridge Painting Co. I work hard to ensure every painting project runs smoothly from the first call to the final brushstroke. With an extensive background in transportation and logistics, I take pride in maintaining strong organization and clear communication throughout every project. My primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each client’s needs are met with efficiency and care. I coordinate estimates, color consultations, and project launches with care—bridging communication between clients, fulfillment leads, and painters to help support an effortless experience from start to finish. Beyond my professional life, I volunteer with the Daughters of the American Revolution, assisting perspective members in researching and documenting their Revolutionary War lineage. I am also actively involved in supporting veterans through local programs and community events. I enjoy traveling, watching football, and DIY home improvement projects.

Hi, I’m Jordan Taylor, Project Manager for Oak Ridge Painting Co. My role is to make sure every client has peace of mind from start to finish. I oversee color consultations, project launches, day-to-day painter management, and the final walkthrough. My goal is to deliver the highest level of quality and service through clear communication, efficient scheduling, skilled labor, and mutual respect. Outside of work, I’m a family-first person. My wife, Alecia, and I have a daughter, Ava, and we’re excited to be welcoming a son soon. Weekends are usually spent with family and keeping up with home life. I also have a creative background in media arts, including cinema, photography, and graphic design. I’m a graduate of Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School and have always been driven by creativity. I previously owned and operated a skate shop for 10 years and even designed and helped build a skate park at a local high school—experiences that shaped my work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail.
